MNZ Organisation Structure
The structure of Motorcycling New Zealand is set up in accordance with the Constitution of our organisation.

The Board takes care of all governance matters.  Governance is the process by which the Board ensures the organisation complies with all legal and constitutional requirements, sets strategic direction and priorities.  It also sets high-level policies and management performance expectations, characterises and oversees the management of risk, and monitors and evaluates organisational performance in order to exercise its accountability to the organisations and it's owner.

The Board does not control the sport the Commissioners run the sport and the Office is in charge of Operations.
