We regret to advise our members that the Board of Motorcycling New Zealand has made the decision to cancel the 2020 AGM due to Covid-19.  This decision has not been made lightly, our priority is to keep all our members safe at this time and inform you of this decision as soon as possible.

Some updates for you on AGM Agenda items:

  • Motorcycling Awards dinner including Hall of Fame nominations will be postponed until the 2021 AGM
  • Annual report, Audited Accounts and Commission workshops will be available on the MNZ website mid-May
  • Constitutional remits submitted for 2020 will be presented at the 2021 AGM
  • 2020 -2024 Strategic Plan has been reviewed and updated and will be on the website next week


Nominations closed for the five vacant Board positions on 31st March. The following nominations were received.

Road South Island (1 year term):

Road North Island:

Voting not required.


Off Road South Island:

No nominations were received.


North Island Representative:

Hamish Logan

Scott Wilkins


South Island Representative:

Rod Price

Voting not required

Voting is required to elect a new Road South Island and North Island Representative, voting information will be distributed to members via email (via post to those who do not have an email address registered with MNZ) as soon as possible.
