Best advice you've been given: If you cant say anything nice dont say anything at all. Go after your dreams. Set your sights high & go into everything totally prepared
Worst advice you been given: Every piece of advice that I have been given, I have learnt something from.
Ambition for this year: To keep my body together and win another NZ MX title.
